During the warranty period, if any problem occurs, we will repair or replace the part with a new one at free of charge.
After the warranty period, if any problem occurs, we will charge a certain amount for repairing or replacing the new part.
Pre-sales service
Proge‘s sales will answer all questions of LED displays,and provide professional turnkey solutions according to customer‘s specific requirements.
In-sales service
After confirmed order, we will arrange the production soon, and follow up the whole production process of LED display and inform you the latest news.
During the production process, we will also freely provide you steel structure installation drawings according to your project installation requirements.
After-sales service
We will provide you installation manual and operation video, when you get our LED screen, you can install the LED screen as our manual.
For the hardware, we can repair it for free after you send back the failure parts of led screen to us, then we will resend it to you;
For the software, with our years of experience in the field of LED display, we can fix it easily by remote control.
